Service Engineer
As a valued member of our team, your primary duties will be to carry out the preventive and reactive maintenance on the SCPV Delivery Wagons at our Beeston depot.
As part of your duties, you may also be required to assist our team of Loader Operators with the loading of the newly built switch & crossing panels onto the delivery wagons. The SCPV delivery wagons will then depart the Beeston depot, arriving at a “possession” site on the Network Rail infrastructure. On occasion you will form part of a two-man team who will attend the “possession” to prepare the Delivery Wagons for unloading. Full competence training will be provided for both the loading and unloading activities required.
The nature of our work may on occasion require working unsociable hours, weekends and/or bank holidays.
The role will involve working outdoors in all types of climatic conditions.
