MacMillan Cancer Support Coffee Morning

Elly Smith, HR/Payroll Administrator at Gateshead, hosted the annual MacMillan Coffee Morning on Friday 29^th September 2023.  Cakes and pastries (home baked and bought) were donated by the office staff.  A raffle took place with the top prize being donated by Hilton Hotels (Newcastle/Gateshead) which was one night bed and breakfast for two.  Other prizes were a £50 restaurant voucher, Hilton Hotel hamper, and two £25 supermarket vouchers.

£746.50 was raised, and with the Company Charity Matching Policy, the total raised for MacMillan Cancer Support was £1,493.00.

A thank you once again to Elly for hosting and thank you to Elly’s mam, Melanie, who volunteered to make the tea and coffee.
