Gateshead’s Macmillan Coffee Morning
Gateshead site held its’ 4th MacMillan Coffee Morning in aid of MacMillan Cancer Support on Friday 30th September 2022. £637.40 was raised on the day from employee donations made for coffee, tea, cakes, and a raffle. This is the most that has been raised at any of the coffee mornings by far, so a well-deserved thank you and well done to everyone at the Gateshead site.
With the Company Charity Matching Policy, the total raised for MacMillan Cancer Support is £1,274.80. A fantastic amount!
The raffle was a roaring success, a big thank you to Hilton, Newcastle-Gateshead for donating the first prize which was B&B for one night for two people.
A special thank you to Elly Smith, Trainee HR/Payroll Administrator for organizing the event, with help from Julie Graham, Senior Receptionist/Site Administrator and thank you to Melanie Smith, NHS Community Nurse for volunteering her time and being our Barista on the day.
