Cowans Sheldon Supply Railway Crane Spares to India.

Cowans Sheldon enters into a Rate Contract with Indian Railways to supply spares for 12 x 140t Cowans Sheldon Railway Cranes supplied to Indian Railways in the late 1980’s. The rate Contract will last for three years during which Indian Railways will carry out Periodic and day to day maintenance of all of the cranes. The first supply order of three expected in the three year period has been received and work is underway to supply by the end of 2006.
